Sensible Staging & Redesign (SSR) provides staging services to homeowners and/or realtors. I will come to your location, discuss your wants and needs and do a walk-thru taking notes on items needing attention. At this point, you can decide if you want SSR to stage for you or you want to do it yourself. If you prefer SSR to stage, I will take “before” photos and prepare a Proposal within a few days. If you decide to do the work yourself, a detailed DIY Report will be ready within a few days. We can use furniture and accessories that are in the house or we can select rental furniture for you at an additional cost.
When I redesign (make-over) a room or rooms for a homeowner, a proposal will be available within a few days of our consultation. I will use your furniture and accessories to create a fresh and comfortable place to live and entertain.
